Il Museo Bailo di Treviso celebra il grande artista Arturo Martini, protagonista di una delle più complete retrospettive mai realizzate. I Capolavori che, a cura del Direttore Fabrizio Malachin e del critico Nico Stringa, porta in scena circa 280 opere dell’artista trevigiano ed è aperta al pubblico fino al 30 luglio 2023. La grande impresa di creare un luogo per i reperti capaci di documentare la storia del territorio, risale alla seconda metà del 1800 ed è attribuita all’abate Luigi Bailo: un religioso, animato da spirito libertario e positivista, che fa propria la missione di comporre una raccolta sistematica del sapere trevigiano.
